Commencement Order No. 4 (2001)

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

 

Citation

  1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2001.

Commencement of provisions

  1. The provisions of Part V of the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986, insofar as they are not already in force, shall come into force on 2 November 2001.
