DAGCAS - In-Court Advice Service in Dumfries and Galloway

Advice and representation are provided to those within Dumfries and Galloway facing eviction or repossession as a result of arrears. Assistance is provided at Dumfries and Stranraer Sheriff Courts.

Advice and assistance can also be provided to those requiring help with small claims actions relating to debt and consumer matters..

This national project helps people who are affected by debt and connected welfare benefit changes. DAS  accredited advisers are able to help people with complex debt issues

Deaf Action Money Advice Project

People with hearing difficulties across Scotland receive debt and money advice via PC and Webcam using BSL. Face-to-face advice is available to people with hearing difficulties in Edinburgh, East Lothian, Midlothian and West Lothian.

Parkhead CAB – Integrated Debt advice and Support Hub: HMP Barlinnie Families with a relative entering or leaving HMP Barlinnie can receive short-term help to stabile the family finances and resolve any crisis debt matters, and also long-term support and advice on budgeting and financial planning through group and one to one sessions.
