Publication of Glasgow Sheriff Court Practice Note in Children’s referral cases and associated Children’s Handbook amendments

Practitioners in the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin may be aware that Sheriff Principal Turnbull has issued a new Practice Note that requires to be applied in children’s court proceedings within his Sheriffdom. It may be that in due course other Sheriff Principals will adopt a similar Practice Note.
