We are carrying out research to help shape the future look and feel of Legal Aid Online.
To do this we would like to visit your firm and observe how users interact with the system.
The session will last around one hour and this research will be used to gather valuable information on the user experience and accessibility of LAOL.
The findings will help shape future developments and improve the design of the system based on the needs of those using it.
