Update on making three-way calls on the Agent to Prison VC link

Following requests, we discussed with SPS the possibility of making three-way video conference calls (solicitor, Advocate and prisoner) on the Agents to Prisons’ link.

SPS have now confirmed that they can accommodate this.

Please note:

  • There is a maximum limit of three participants for any single agent’s virtual visit.
  • All participants must already be registered to use the video link.
  • When calling to arrange the consultation, please make it clear to SPS staff that the booking is for a three-way virtual visit.
  • SPS will require the details of all participants.
