20 October 2021
Within our online system for claiming fees for Police Station advice cases, you need to supply the Police Scotland National Custody System (NCS) Unique Reference Number (URN).
This NCS URN has always been a 6 digit number, but new cases are now being issued with a 7 digit number.

We will issue another update as soon as the system has been amended to accept the 7 digit number.
Your assistance with this is much appreciated.
If you are still experiencing issues, please get in touch with our online support team on 0131 240 2037 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) or email online@slab.org.uk with your details and they will respond as soon as possible.
