Earlier this year we consulted on our policy on unusual work in civil legal aid and a number of changes we proposed to introduce.
We received two responses to the consultation.
We have now published our response to the consultation. This outlines respondents’ views and confirms the change in policy we will be making.
As part of our rolling ongoing of publishing our policies and guidance, outputs relating to this area will be produced over the coming months.
