You can submit a paper claim for interim payment of fees through Legal Aid Online from Thursday 30 January.
From this date you will now be able to complete the interim synopsis online and then upload a copy of your paper account.
We have created guidance with screenshots from Legal Aid Online to walk you through the process. Guidance is also available on submitting interim payments for outlays and the improved process for submitting interim fee claims using schedule 5 (time and line) of The Civil Legal Aid (Scotland) (Fees) Regulations 1989.
These improvements have been made following feedback received from solicitors and our commitment to enhance the user experience of Legal Aid Online.
