As part of continuous improvements to our online accounts system we are now in a position to allow submission of online claims where you are accepting judicial expenses and have not had a previous payment processed on our old accounts system.
These claims can be submitted with immediate effect.
Please note that from 1 June 2022, we will no longer accept any paper synopsis where you are accepting judicial expenses and the claim can be submitted online.
If a synopsis form is received after this date, you will be contacted and advised to submit it online.
