Intermittent problems with telephone system

We are continuing to work with our telephone system providers to deal with the on-going issue with some calls being terminated when they are transferred or put on hold.

Several fixes have been applied over the last two weeks and these have reduced the number of calls that we are experiencing problems with. 

A further fix is currently being tested and we are awaiting confirmation of when this will be implemented.
