No payment can be claimed after successful appeal after refusal of legal aid

You should note that while in cases dealt with under criminal legal aid, special arrangements exist for you to claim payment from us where an appeal proceeds and is successful, there is no similar arrangement for a successful appeal to the Sheriff Appeal Court or to the Court of Session in proceedings relating to children.
