Advice and Assistance

There is no equivalent “lodging” fee as this constitutes representation.

In immigration and asylum cases where an application is submitted to the Home Office we will allow a minimum time charge of 15 minutes for uploading documents to the Home Office portal.

ABWOR

Where you lodge (whether electronically, via post or hand delivered) a document into the court process the fee payable is always the standard fee prescribed at the formal rate.

There is no enhanced rate payable for the lodging of the first document.
