Where you are required to certify or sign a document that is lodged in court the fee payable is a standard fee prescribed at the formal rate.
No separate certifying or signing fee is payable where you are drafting a letter, the fee is only chargeable where the certifying or signing is required in respect of documents.
There is no equivalent “certifying or signing” fee as this constitutes representation.
There is no equivalent “certifying or signing” fee and any necessary certifying or signing is covered by the appropriate framing fee that you are entitled to charge for the document.
