Civil Quality Assurance


The Civil Quality Assurance Scheme was introduced in 2003 and is managed by the Law Society of Scotland.

The system is overseen by a Civil Quality Assurance Committee, which comprises three members appointed by SLAB, three members appointed by the Law Society of Scotland and three lay members.
