Children’s Duty Scheme – Festive period arrangements

The Scottish Children’s Reporter’s Administration has provided us with the following information about their arrangements over the upcoming holiday period:

Christmas and New Year 2016/2017 – Short Notice Hearings

For the 2016 to 2017 Christmas & New Year period, offices will be closed on the following days:

  • Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th December
  • Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd January

For the purposes of arranging hearings relating to CPOs and emergency transfers, the following days are NOT working days:

  • All Saturdays and Sundays (including Sundays 25th December and 1st January)
  • Monday 26th December
  • Monday 2nd January

Note that Tuesdays 27th December and 3rd January are both working days for the purposes of the 2011 Act, even though they are public holidays.

  • Sat-Sun 10.00 - 22.00
