Since we launched advice and assistance online and firms discovered the benefits of this compared with paper-based legal aid, the number of firms using it has been constantly increasing.
Now that we've also launched our civil and criminal legal aid online systems, these numbers are rising even more rapidly.

Advice and assistance - almost

Civil legal aid - more than 50% of firms are using online, and nearly 50% of applications made online

of firms using online, and 58% of applications made online
 
Accounts - 48% of firms are taking advantage of the online accounts facility, and 42% of criminal advice and assistance accounts sent online.
