Getting online is quick and easy.  You don’t need any extra software or downloads - just internet access (broadband is highly recommended). See Computer Requirements for more details.

Firm Administrator

The first thing you will have to do is identify a “Firm Administrator” for your firm, or branch. The Firm Administrator will be responsible for administering the online users for your firm, including:

  • creating all the other users for the firm or branch
  • ensuring all users have access to and carry out the relevant modules on the online training package
  • carrying out any additions and amendments to your firm’s online users in the future
  • administering passwords.

Your Firm Administrator and others using the system will need to get full training from our online learning pack before starting to use the online system.  This is fully supported with a dedicated training helpline.   See E-learning for more details.

Although you may have more than one Firm Administrator, we recommend you limit the number as a security measure.
