Fourth monitoring report on the availability and accessibility of legal services published

Thursday, Feb 04, 2016

The Legal Services (Scotland) 2010 Act introduced a new general function for SLAB of monitoring the availability and accessibility of legal services in Scotland, including by reference to any relevant factor relating particularly to rural or urban areas.

The fourth monitoring report on the availability and accessibility of legal services has now been published.

In addition, we are also publishing a number of position papers which were not included in the main body of the report for the sake of brevity: you can find these on this page.
