Civil legal aid solicitors invited to give feedback on satisfaction with SLAB services

Thursday, Nov 17, 2016

We are undertaking a survey with civil legal aid solicitors exploring their satisfaction with the services provided by SLAB.

Solicitors will shortly receive an email invitation to take part in a short online survey. It has been designed to be quick and straightforward to complete.

We would be very grateful if as many people as possible take five minutes to give us feedback on the civil legal services SLAB provides. Thank you in advance for your time.

We will use the findings from this survey alongside other solicitor engagement (such as streamlining) to help identify where improvements can be made.

This work forms part of our on-going programme of stakeholder engagement and follows on from the 2013 civil solicitor survey. More details on this and other research can be found on our website.
