Our Twitter policy


The Twitter account @ScotsLegalAid is managed by the Scottish Legal Aid Board’s (SLAB) communications team.


Tweets will cover a range of SLAB-related content, mainly:

If you follow us, you can expect up to 10 tweets a week providing alerts about new content and information about our activities.

We will not automatically follow anyone who follows us. Being followed by @ScotsLegalAid does not imply an endorsement of any kind.

Availability

The account will be monitored and updated during office hours Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5pm.
Twitter may occasionally be unavailable and we accept no responsibility for lack of service due to Twitter downtime.

Whilst the communications team will monitor all direct messages and @ replies, and may respond if appropriate to do so, we would advise anyone wishing to submit questions or raise any matter with us to do so via the 'Contact us' section of our website www.slab.org.uk
