The Standards divide advice and information into three types:
You can find more detail about these definitions in the Types of Information and Advice under the SNSIAP section of this website.
An agency can be accredited at different Types for different topics, for example at Type I for housing, and Type II/III for welfare benefits.
The following list of agencies are accredited to provide advice in welfare benefits and/or money debt and/or housing. Accreditation awards at Type I only are listed separately from awards including accreditation at Type II/III.
